Track & Field Technical Training

You will benefit from focused technical training in the sprints, jumps, hurdles, and throws from a USATF Level 1 Coach and 2x All-American in the combined events in a positive, encouraging environment. I have worked directly with multiple All-Americans and State/League/Conference champions ages 6-24. My goal as a coach is create a love for track and field by inspiring athletes to achieve their best through developing correct event technique. Let me help unlock your success!

Performance (Wellness) Coaching

Start your journey toward achieving your health, fitness, or performance goals! You'll receive personalized coaching that includes 1-1 exploration, goal setting, accountability, and support via phone or virtual platform from a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. No matter your goal, we'll work together as a team to find more effective ways to make positive, sustainable changes toward achieving success.

Fitness Training

As an All-American track and field athlete and coach with 10+ years as a certified personal trainer, I know what it takes to achieve success both on and off the track. You'll receive individualized virtual or in-person workouts with 1-1 coaching and support to help you achieve your fitness goals. I'll explain the "big picture" so you understand the WHY behind the training. Whether you're focused on adjusting to life after competition or improving sport performance, I'm committed to your success!

Group Fitness Classes

With over 15 years experience as a certified group fitness instructor and a multitude of specialized group fitness certifications, my objective is always to motivate you toward your fitness goals and enjoy every minute of your workout in a supportive, community environment. I pride myself on providing a great playlist and an even better workout that is tailored to each group. Whether you're joining me virtually, or for an in-person class, I want to help you feel energized, challenged, and encouraged during our time together. Class offerings include: yoga/stretching, Pilates, toning/strength, aerobics, cycling, barre, circuit training, HIIT, or boxing/kickboxing. Please reach out with specific requests or to discuss your group's needs.
